Established in 1971, our company delivers underwater innovation across a myriad of industry sectors including; offshore energy, ocean science and maritime security. We proudly remain an independent manufacturing business with almost 300 employees worldwide in seven regional centres, such as here at our sea trials and training centre in Plymouth.

Underwater acoustic positioning and navigation and communications remain at the heart of our marine operations. However, driven by the needs of our clients and diversification into new markets, we are committed to investment in new and emerging technologies including; sonar imaging, inertial navigation and optical communications.

This investment is already paying dividends for our global client base. Survey operations are faster and more efficient, deep water vessels are able to operate safely in all conditions, seabed to surface data transfer is reliable and quick and waterside installations are better protected against the threat of attack.

Then head over to our main website to discover everything you need to know about our low risk
subsea technologies and how they can help you achieve your operational goals, safely and economically

As much as innovation has helped to grow our company, it is our people and the support they give to clients that makes us stand out from the crowd. We work closely with clients to understand all aspects of their projects, balancing performance, costs, vessel operations and risk.

For the first time, this knowledge and experience, together with the world-class R&D assets we have assembled in Plymouth, are commercially available to support you in the development of new surface and underwater technologies. Do you need a fully-equipped modern survey vessel to conduct a trial from? Do you need high-grade surface and subsea positioning to track your autonomous subsea vehicle?
